In Progress

Useful Projects are working with partner company Useful Studio on the sustainable design and fit-out for a new creative workspace in Bermondsey.

The project is targeting SKA Gold, the highest rating of the RICS accredited environmental assessment for sustainable fit-outs.

Working with our in-house SKA assessor, Daniel Raymond and contractors Open Workspace Design, we have implemented a holistic set of measures to deliver a comfortable and productive workspace.

Sustainability features include the extensive use of existing and second hand furniture, a flexible and adaptable layout that is resilient to future changes and a stripped back palette with no unnecessary finishes.

The project also benefits from the specification of low-VOC products and materials with recycled content.
