The Building Centre’s We Made 2012 exhibition opens today.
Our work developing the sustainable water supply strategy and sustainable drainage strategy will be showcased, as will Expedition’s role engineering the multi award winning Velodrome.
A series of free talks will accompany the exhibition. Dan will be hosting a breakfast seminar on sustainability during design and construction on Friday 19 July 8.30 – 9.30am.
We Made 2012 celebrates the UK designers, contractors & manufacturers who contributed to the tremendous success of the 2012 London Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The Games were delivered on time and to an exceptional standard and that is largely thanks to the skill and expertise of the UK design and construction. As if that wasn’t enough London also made good on its pledge to deliver the ‘Greenest Games’ ever.
The exhibition will no doubt ignite personal memories for members of our team who were involved in delivering the Park, and will bring a tremendous sense of achievement one year on.
