Today Judith and Jo cycled through the city of Fortaleza (Brazil) as part of a monthly event to encourage cycling. We cycled with representatives from the Brazilian Ministry of Environment, the British Embassy, the City of Fortaleza and ICLEI (you can see us all ready to ride in the adjacent picture). It was VERY hot, but we had good fun and got to see lots of the city on the 11 mile ride. Pedala Fortaleza has become very popular, with over 1,000 participants recorded in the past.
