Andrew has spent over 15 years in senior roles at the Institution of Civil Engineers. He has helped to drive improvements to public policy and industry practice in support of the creation of the high performing infrastructure that underpins improvements to the UK’s productivity and quality of life.

His work has embraced many different areas including; national infrastructure assessments, reducing the risk of infrastructure failure, improving project delivery, the circular economy and future proofing.

A Political Scientist by training and with many years of working closely with senior figures across government and industry, Andrew can bridge the gap between 2 communities who often struggle to understand each other.

Always searching for new ways to tackle complex problems, he creates research and engagement programmes that allow stakeholders to simplify their challenges and own the solutions.
