Jo runs Useful Projects on a day-to-day basis and plays a key role in both business development and project delivery.
She is a Chartered Environmentalist with an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College. A consultant and project manager with over 10 years’ experience, Jo is particularly interested in helping clients to establish their sustainability goals, and supporting them to achieve this in practice at the organisational and project level. Her areas of expertise include sustainable procurement, supply chain management, and the circular economy.
Jo completed the UKGBC Future Leaders Programme in 2017, won the Women in Science and Engineering Excellence Award in 2013, and was listed as one of Building Magazine’s Top 50 Rising Stars of Sustainability in 2012.
She is a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers Circular Economy Panel for London and a STEM Ambassador.
