Footwear manufacturer Dr Martens is known for their durable, high quality products. Over the years, they have implemented a range of actions to manage ethical and environmental impacts from their supply chain and their own operations. Dr Martens are now keen to step up their game, and develop a comprehensive sustainability strategy for their global operations that sets the direction of travel for the future of their business.
We’re excited to be working with this iconic brand to assess their life cycle impacts, develop a long-term sustainability vision and set of objectives, produce a short term action plan, and engage their staff across the business in the sustainability programme.
On this project we’ll be utilising Sophie Thomas’ closed loop design, product manufacturing and sustainable communications know-how, Dan Epstein’s vision and strategy expertise, and Jo Dobson’s organisational strategy development and implementation experience.
