The Museum of London (MoL) is a cultural institution which seeks to inspire a passion for the city, by telling its story and contributing to London’s international, educational, cultural and economic agenda. We conducted an audit of the Museum’s current approach to sustainability and engaged with the leadership team to develop and test a robust strategic framework for the MoL to incorporate sustainability targets throughout its operations and as it transitions to a new site at West Smithfield.
To support this work, we designed and facilitated a high-level workshop to engage the Museum’s Executive Board in creatively embedding sustainability values in the MoL’s corporate strategy. The workshop produced a roadmap for the Museum to adopt a triple bottom line approach across all its delivery areas, and proposed strategies for its effective implementation.
