Sustainability brief
Status:
In Progress

We worked with the University of Bristol to prepare the sustainability brief for the new Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus. The University is developing a new enterprise campus in Bristol City Centre with a focus on fostering innovations in digital technology. By engaging closely with the design team, as well as a wider group of stakeholders, we identified the key drivers, risks and sustainability opportunities for the project.

The brief presents the sustainability vision and objectives for the new development. It also sets out objectives and targets for each of the sustainability themes, alongside a description of the development context, expectations of the design and delivery team and illustrative examples of possible approaches

It is a brief to all those who will be involved in the delivery of the campus including the University of Bristol and their delivery partners. As such, it also sets out the delivery process and key responsibilities across the delivery team.
