The Office Group
Sustainability Strategy

The Office Group (TOG) provides flexible workspace to a diverse range of customers. Each building has its own identify, is beautifully designed to foster a creative and collaborative working environment, and is responsive to the changing needs of business. A fast-growing business, TOG now has 15,000 members working across 29 buildings.

Sustainability has been one of TOG’s fundamental principles since TOG launched in 2003, for its new build and refurbishment projects, as well as the on-going management of its workspaces.  We were appointed to conduct a review of current practice, refresh their corporate sustainability vision and objectives, and develop an action plan for 2017.

Our work has enabled TOG to reboot its approach to sustainability, and communicate this to internal stakeholders and its members.  We have provided TOG with a clear programme of work for 2017 with responsibilities for implementation allocated across department leads, that will set them on the trajectory to be a leader in sustainable workspaces.
