Role:
Sustainability Audit
Status:
Complete

We worked with University of Westminster to undertake an audit of how environmental sustainability is incorporated into capital projects and to identify opportunities to embed sustainability processes more deeply within the university. The audit was based on interviews with a range of key staff across the Estates team, covering planning, project management, maintenance and sustainability, as well as a review of current policy and process documents relating to sustainability in capital projects, as well as across the wider organisation.

Following on from this work we have been appointed to refresh the university’s Sustainable Design Guidelines for refurbishment and development projects. This will help the University of Westminster achieve their ambitious sustainability targets.
