Useful Projects worked closely with Royal BAM Group’s Sustainability team to develop their organisational Sustainability Strategy across the UK and European home markets.
As a construction firm with ten operating companies in five European home markets and niche markets worldwide, BAM’s operating companies are active in construction and property, civil engineering, and public-private partnerships.
Strategy support
Our scope of works required us to gain a deep understanding of BAM’s sustainability and project management activities across its operating companies. This allowed us to develop a comprehensive Sustainability Framework with supporting guidance and templates.
Working with our sister company, Thomas.Matthews, we also developed communication approaches such as narratives, language, and tone, in response to BAM’s identified need to make sustainability tangible across the Group.
We were delighted to have worked with BAM, utilizing our in-depth knowledge of both the Design and Construction industries to deliver high-impact sustainability practices across projects and organisations.
