Useful Projects was commissioned to develop a bespoke Sustainability Strategy for Argyll’s expansive commercial property portfolio.
With a wide range of owned and leased properties across London, many of which are listed heritage buildings, our team held a series of interviews and workshops, undertook multiple site visits, and benchmarked energy and waste data against industry targets to inform the development of a bespoke ESG Strategy.
The ambition was to deliver positive social outcomes for their team, customers, suppliers, and community whilst mitigating their impact on the environment.
Governance processes were established to ensure the Strategy was effectively implemented. The output was a report that set out a clear mission and objectives, with a clear action plan applied to their different business functions.
Since the development of the Strategy, we have continuously supported Argyll on their journey to becoming more sustainable.
