This prompted a desire to work towards its resolution, leading to a keen interest in sustainable development.
Over his time at Useful Projects, Ben has worked on developing decarbonisation routemaps and action plans for a variety of clients, undertaking detailed research and engaging with stakeholders across interviews and workshops. He has also worked on a variety of place-based sustainability strategies, conducting research into best practice and supporting strategy development.
Ben has been able to apply his expertise in spatial analysis using geographic information systems to several projects, including the creation of maps to inform the targeted provision of urban green spac and baseline analyses for our place-based work.
