He has an academic and professional background in Architecture and Industrial Design, having worked in a wide range of projects in the USA, Switzerland, and Brazil.
Bernardo is currently working on the final stages of his PhD research, where he is investigating public spaces and the transformation of the urban environment, influenced by mega events such as the Olympic Games and large urban redevelopment projects.
