Useful Projects worked with St Mary’s University, Twickenham to develop their Estates Strategy for the 2017-2022 period. This followed the development of a new Estates Masterplan for the Strawberry Hill campus, which is being developed to provide additional teaching facilities and much needed student accommodation.

The Estates Strategy will support the delivery of the University’s academic vision, Vision 2025.

We worked closely with the Estates and Projects team to understand the needs of different stakeholders and define the qualities of a well-performing estate, before appraising the performance of the estate now and in the future. Based on this assessment, we developed and evaluated a suite of costed projects to enhance and expand the campus buildings, landscape and infrastructure.
